Even to the most ardent of Arsenal supporters in the Transfer Tavern, it’d be hard to argue against the fact that bitter rivals Tottenham Hotspur are one of the most vibrant sides in Europe right now.
While the wait for a major trophy goes on, the Spurs fans propping up the bar have wholly enjoyed the emergence of a new side. Still, recent reports in regards to Kyle Walker have worried them somewhat.
According to the Daily Telegraph, the England international will reassess his future in north London at the end of the campaign. One of the most important members of this side, both Manchester clubs are reportedly keen on the 26-year-old.
As you can imagine, the idea of losing Walker is a scary one indeed. So, any rumours of his departure were always likely to provoke a reaction from Spurs-supporting social media users.
With that in mind, here’s a closer look at how Twitter reacted to the Walker reports.
Why are people so concerned about these reports about Walker? Its just silly paper talk. #THFC

Big problem looming. Highly rated players on average wages. Rich pickings for man city etc. Fear we will lose Alli and Walker at least #COYS

Wow. Walker to Bayern, Dele to Man City, Eriksen to Barca, Toby to Inter. Papers seem to have forgotten who our chairman is. #COYS
