Daniel Levy’s running of Tottenham Hotspur is praised often and loudly by the Spurs supporting punters in the Transfer Tavern, and it has been hard for anyone else to argue that in recent seasons.
However, much to the delight of the Arsenal fans occupying one corner tonight, reports from France have emerged that appear to slate the owner of their arch-rivals.
According to French website Le Phoceen, he is the key individual that has pulled the plug on the club’s deal for Marseille forward Georges Kevin N’Koudou.
Now, the report claims that Levy grew suspicious at the French club’s desire to sell the winger and did his best to drive the price down, including inserting a clause that would see them receive less money should he get injured.
