Harry Kane is not the only Tottenham academy product showing what he can do in the first team. Indeed, Harry Winks showed what an excellent footballer he is in his appearances last season.
It is silverware which eludes the North London outfit, their performances are often scintillating to watch and they can beat the very best, including Champions League winners at Wembley last season. However, getting over the line to win trophies has proved difficult for Spurs. They are getting closer, and they will be hoping this is the season the trophy cabinet at the new look White Hart Lane can see a new entry.
