Mauricio Pochettino reportedly eyeing surprise Tottenham Hotspur transfer swoop

The Tottenham Hotspur fans in the Transfer Tavern are eager to see the club continue their constant improvement. Under Mauricio Pochettino, Spurs have become one of the most exciting times in Europe and the sky really is the limit.

With that in mind, transfer reports from the Daily Mirror have proven really rather interesting. They claim the club are tracking Watford forward Richarlison, who has hugely impressed for the Hornets since his arrival on these shores during the summer.

The Brazilian has bagged four goals in 11 games for the Hertfordshire outfit since his arrival from Fluminense and his performances are now thought to be of interest to Tottenham. Pochettino has an impressive track record of working the young players and the idea of seeing him improve the 2o-year-old has excited our north London locals.

Clearly a big talent, Pochettino is understood to be keen on strengthening attacking positions and there are believed to be eyes cast on Vicarage Road right now.

Landlord’s Verdict:

Richarlison would strengthen the wide attacking areas in north London, an area in which Tottenham have struggled to strengthen of late. A powerful, tricky and clinical forward, he would be a huge addition to Pochettino’s squad.
