It's been a difficult few weeks for the Tottenham Hotspur fans in the Transfer Tavern, having watched bitter rivals Chelsea win the Premier League and then bidding farewell to White Hart Lane.

Still, reports emanating out of Spain are likely to have the north London locals propping up the bar dancing in delirious delight. According to Don BalonSpurs have offered flop Moussa Sissoko to Barcelona this summer, despite his awful season in north London.

Those behind the scenes on Hotspur Way are understood to know the Blaugrana need to strengthen in central midfielder and are thought to want to take advantage of that by offering him back.

Signed at big expense from Newcastle United last summer, the Frenchman has struggled to at all convince this season and, amazingly, another European powerhouse are reportedly keen.

Serie A giants AC Milan are also said to be seriously considering a move for the 27-year-old, with many of the local Lilywhites hoping the club take any offer they can get for the France star.
