The Swansea City fans who are gathered at the bar in The Transfer Tavern this evening are discussing the club making a bid for a new midfielder.
The midfielder is said to be available for transfer this summer after falling down the pecking order and out of the plans of Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Mainly used as a substitute at White Hart Lane, the Belgian is becoming restless at the lack of first team action available to him in North London.
First team chances are definitely going to be limited for the 26-year old, as Mauricio Pochettino closes in on the signing of Marseille winger Georges-Kevin N’Koudou.
The 26-year old international joined Tottenham from Twente for £7 million after impressive performances for the Dutch side, in the wake of Gareth Bale’s seismic departure in 2013.
Since joining the Premier League side, Chadli has made 119 appearances for the club and scored a total of 25 goals.
Should Chadli be kept on as a squad option? Is £10m too good to turn down? Let us know below…
