The Spurs fans here in the Transfer Tavern absolutely can’t get enough of their strike force at the moment.
Although Harry Kane is injured he is still regarded as one of the best forwards in the country and arguably the world whilst the likes of Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen and Erik Lamela all chip in with important goals.
Then, this season, we’ve seen Heung-Min Son emerge as another key player for the club going forward with his pace and trickery, and he has to be applauded for the way he has worked on his game since last season.
You have to credit Mauricio Pochettino, too, for the way he has shaped his side into one of the most formidable around with the way they get forward and force the opposition into mistakes, it really is a joy to watch.
It hasn’t always been like that though as our landlord well remembers.
