Spurs fans in the Transfer Tavern were loving what star striker, Harry Kane, had to say about the new stadium as the club move closer towards the completion of their new home. In comments posted by the club on Twitter, Kane has claimed that he can’t wait to score goals at the new stadium, leading Spurs fans to believe that their talisman is set to stay at the club amid Real Madrid’s reported interest.

Kane came off injured in yesterday’s 4-1 win away at Bournemouth in the Premier League as Spurs climbed ahead of Liverpool into 3rd. However, the injury to Spurs star man hasn’t stopped the club’s fans getting excited over the comments made by the 24-year-old goal machine. Kane’s incredible form over the last few years for Spurs has seen them return to the Champions League for the first time since 2011 and the Tottenham faithful are now viewed as a club that can challenge for titles.
The stadium move is a big step for Tottenham Hotspur as they’re set to almost double the capacity of White Hart Lane to around 60,000 in the new ground. The extra profits earned from hosting larger crowds will do Mauricio Pochettino’s side a world of good, as they currently struggle to compete financially with footballing superpowers, Manchester United and Manchester City.
