Tottenham Hotspur: Fans slam Juan Foyth amid transfer reports of Barcelona interest

Barcelona are eager to complete the signing of Tottenham Hotspur defender Juan Foyth this summer, via @RickSpur.
Earlier this week, The Mirror reported that Barca are interested in bringing Foyth to the Nou Camp, and Ricky Sacks has now claimed he has been made available for transfer.
He was once touted as a prodigy of Mauricio Pochettino but the centre-back has fallen out of favour with the Argentine’s successor Jose Mourinho, as he has only played in three games for the Portuguese up until now. The 22-year-old wants to play first team football next season, which is something Mourinho cannot guarantee, and the Spurs boss is open to his departure.
Who has been Tottenham Hotspur's biggest flop?
Juan Foyth
Roberto Soldado
After arriving in north London from Club Estudiantes de La Plata for £8m in 2017, the Argentina international has made 32 appearances for the Lilywhites overall, scoring his first goal for the club in a game against Crystal Palace in 2018. His current market value is estimated at £12.15m by Transfermarkt and it seems his time at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is coming to an end.
Unsurprisingly, loads of Spurs fans slammed Foyth’s “trash” transfer news, with one fan pleading with the board to organise a “straight swap with Umtiti”.

If he wants playing time why would he go to Barca when they have Pique, Umtiti and Lenglet?

Am I missing something here? Since when did Barca start becoming interested in our castoffs? Story must be trash. Remember his performance against them? Doubt that sold them.
