Loads of Tottenham fans have reacted to a post from the club’s official Twitter account featuring Son Heung-min.
Spurs uploaded a photo of Son to mark a year since he swept up all the accolades at the end of the season awards ceremony.
Ever since he arrived at White Hart Lane from Bayer Leverkusen for £27m back in the summer of 2015, the South Korea international has established himself as a true fan favourite with the Lilywhites, scoring 83 goals and creating 44 assists in 220 appearances for the north London club.
‘Sonny’ has played in 21 Premier League so far this season, bagging nine goals and providing seven assists, taking three shots per game, averaging 1.4 key passes and completing 2.3 dribbles on average this season (via WhoScored). He recently completed mandatory military service with flying colours and is spending two weeks isolating after arriving back in the UK (The Sun).
As expected, many Spurs fans buzzed over the club’s post, with one supporter dubbing him a “legend” and another adding that Son is “amazing”.

So incredibly well deserved. One of the best things ever to have happened at Tottenham Hotspur was signing him. How lucky are we to have the one and only Heung Min Son, our amazing Sonny 💙
