Tottenham Hotspur: Fans desperate for club to sign Paco Alcacer on loan

Borussia Dortmund have offered Tottenham Hotspur the chance to sign striker Paco Alcacer on loan this month, that is according to a report from 90min.
However, Spurs could face competition for the Spaniard if they do try to bring him in as he has also been offered to their Premier League rivals, Manchester United.
Alcacer has scored seven goals this season but has made just 15 appearances in all competitions (Transfermarkt). And following the arrival of Erling Braut Haaland from Red Bull Leipzig, the former Valencia striker has fallen further down the pecking order at the Westfalenstadion.
It is thought that he would be open to a move to the Premier League and a short-term loan deal could be ideal for Tottenham, who are looking to find a replacement for Harry Kane for the next few months after he was ruled out until at least April following surgery on his hamstring injury (tottenhamhotspur.com).
If the north London outfit were to bring Alcacer in, then it would certainly be a popular signing amongst the club’s supporters. Indeed many of them have taken to Twitter to urge Spurs to get a deal done for the Spanish international. Here is what some had to say…
