Tottenham Hotspur fans gave mixed reactions after chairman Daniel Levy slapped a £250m valuation on striker Harry Kane.
While some fans were happy with the reports over the enormous valuation of the forward, others took the opportunity to question the club’s transfer strategy.
According to The Telegraph, the chairman is prepared to fight off any interest in his star man by attaching a huge price tag on him.
Spurs have already been knocked out of the Carabao Cup after losing on penalties to League Two Colchester United (via BBC).
Meanwhile, in the Premier League, Spurs already sit 10 points off early leaders Liverpool, after just two wins from their opening six league games (via Premier League).
Fans took to Twitter to give their different opinions on the report from the Telegraph.

Investing £250m on new players over the next two windows would be a better way of keeping him.
