Tottenham Hotspur: Fans react with Jose Mourinho keen on Luis Campos

According to the Daily Record, Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho is eager to bring Luis Campos to the club as a sporting director.
Do Spurs need a sporting director?
Yes

No

Indeed, the Portuguese has previously worked with the man credited in helping Monaco build a squad to wrestle the Ligue 1 title from PSG almost three ago now, as well as helping Lille transform their fortunes from relegation contenders to last season’s runners up.
Campos, who is said to be open to the idea of working in the Premier League, spoke of how Manchester United need a sporting director back in October in order to ‘balance the sporting side with the economic side of the club’, which could play into Daniel Levy’s way of thinking of course.
Spurs are currently without someone in this role after the departure of Franco Baldini a number of years ago now with Paul Mitchell also not lasting all that long during his stint in a similar job back in 2018. Now, Campos looks to be a real option as Mourinho looks to put his mark on proceedings at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, having previously spoken of the club’s project.
So, having said all that, here’s a look at some of the reaction.

Luis Campos would be a massive coup for #thfc with Mourinho keen to have him as ‘Director of football.’
Spotted a lot of talent at AS Monaco, in which that side reached a Champions League semi-final and helped Mourinho create a devastating Real Madrid team. pic.twitter.com/lmH385ayQx
