Jose Mourinho ensured it was two dramatic wins from two games in charge of Tottenham Hotspur last night after his side came from two goals down to put visitors Olympiakos to the sword in North London.
Is Eric Dier destined to leave Spurs?
Yes, get him out
He can turn it around
Indeed, goals from Harry Kane, Serge Aurier and Dele Alli pulled off a remarkable comeback but it was not an overly pleasant evening for everyone involved. That’s because a certain Eric Dier was hooked within half an hour of the first-half for a poor display in the middle of the park, which cannot be a good sign so early on into the new manager’s tenure in charge.
Dier had lost his place in the side towards the end of the Mauricio Pochettino era at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium but was restored to the starting XI for the weekend win at West Ham and again last night. However, the former Sporting Lisbon man was sacrificed for Christian Eriksen after Spurs were overrun early doors by their Greek visitors, with Dier only able to register a miserable 12 touches in his time on the pitch as per WhoScored. Furthermore, he was criticised by BT Sport pundit Jermaine Jenas for looking ‘heavy’ and ‘sluggish’.
Funnily enough, Mourinho was thought to have been a fan of Dier’s during his time in charge of Manchester United and reportedly wanted to sign him, though it seems the 25-year-old failed to impress while working with the self-proclaimed ‘Special One’.
Now, plenty of Spurs fans online are already urging the boss to sell him.
Jokes aside , Spurs have completely dominated the game after going 2-0 down. It's literally impossible for Olympiacos to even have a sight of Spurs goal. Immense workrate by the team. Getting Dier out was a masterclass. Should sell him to United, that's his level.

Hopefully Mourinho will realize Dier ain’t good enough for this club. Once Ndombele is fit, him and Sissoko or Winks should be starting together

Quite clear Jose will need a transfer budget in jan . Unless investment is made in defence and a DM then even harry potter aint sorting out this defence . Rose ,aurier ,sanchez, Davies, Dier all need shipping out #COYS
