Tottenham Hotspur: Jose Mourinho reacts as he’s told to change attitude in press conference - Tottenham

Tottenham Hotspur’s defeat to RB Leipzig must have been rather painful for someone who hates losing as much as their gaffer, Jose Mourinho, certainly does.

But Spurs were admittedly nowhere near their German opposition and the difference in quality was quite clear both in London and at the Red Bull Arena, which is also quite evident from the final result of 4-0 on aggregate.

And it seems that Mourinho was clearly not in good spirits after the clash as his post-match press conference was rather gloomy, which was remarked by one of the journalists present who told the Portuguese manager that everything will be okay.

But as can be seen from the video, Mourinho wasn’t really in the mood to be cheered up nor consolidated by journalists so he just shrugged off the statement and followed it up with a couple of his own short responses.

It seems that he is more than aware of the dire situation Spurs are currently in.

Spurs fans, what did you think of Mourinho’s reaction? Are you still as optimistic as the journalist who tried comforting your coach? Let us know down in the comments below!
