Tottenham Hotspur: Many fans are excited about Nathan Ferguson links

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for West Bromwich Albion defender Nathan Ferguson by The Sun’s Alan Nixon.
The 19-year-old has started 11 league games for Slaven Bilic’s side this season, getting 1 goal and 1 assist, as per SofaScore.
In addition, he has averaged 1.2 interceptions, 2.6 tackles and 2.1 dribbles per game, while also making 1.5 dribbles.
He has also shown versatility by playing across the Baggies’ backline, which all will have factored into Mauricio Pochettino sending scouts to watch him:

The scouts were reportedly impressed with what they saw and many Spurs fans seem to be as well, from either seeing him in games or hearing about the teenager.
They want to see hungry players at the club who are keen to improve both themselves and the team, with the feeling seeming to be that Ferguson fits that profile.
With various members of the defence coming under fire in recent times, this will likely be a position that they will be looking to make improvements in.

Someone that can play all across the back 4 and his price will no doubt skyrocket sounds like something we need

That’s exactly what we need. Sick of polite weak Spurs. We need a arrogant winning mentality

He’s actually a really good player.

Rather have an unknown kid that is willing to play for the club and give his all, rather than well known seniors that didnt performed

Good, get some youth in.

This is our model. Build vs buy unless it’s a crazy good deal. Even when we spend money it’s knowing that they’ll improve and value will go up
