It has been suggested by Football.London that Tottenham Hotspur could make a move for Juventus number 10 Paulo Dybala during the January transfer window.

They report that despite missing out on his signature during the summer, Spurs will look to take advantage of financial issues faced by the Italian champions in order to lure him away:

However, aside from Juventus’ financial state, many Spurs fans are wondering one thing about this proposed move: why would Dybala want to come?

Some have cited the 7-2 loss against Bayern Munich as something that would have deterred the Argentinian from wanting to make the London move, while others have referenced the general state of the club at the moment.

Across Serie A and the Champions League, the 25-year-old has started 3 games and come on as a substitute 3 times, getting 2 assists, as per WhoScored.
