Spurs fans have reacted angrily to Troy Parrott's lack of game-time under Jose Mourinho. Indeed, the young striker came on for only his second Premier League appearance against Wolverhampton Wanderers yesterday afternoon, only to manage just a few minutes on the pitch.

They lost the game 3-2 and Mourinho opted to play Dele Alli in a false-nine position instead of Parrott, the only fit, recognisable striker at the club available for the game. Subsequently, Alli missed three chances against Wolves and has not scored in any competition for over five weeks (via ESPN).

Parrott has scored ten goals in just seven games outside of the Premier League (via Transfermarkt), and some fans are desperate for him to be given more chances as Spurs chase a top-four finish given the injuries to Harry Kane and Son.

Some fans have taken to Twitter to blame Mourinho for Parrott's lack of game-time, with one even claiming that 'Mourinho doesn't trust youth':

Spurs fans, should Parrott be given a chance? Comment down below.
