Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have been talking about the latest update involving their midfielder Tanguy Ndombele.
The Daily Star recently reported that Jose Mourinho is willing to give the Frenchman another chance at reinvigorating his Spurs career. The report went onto state that Mourinho feels that Ndombele does possess ‘great quality’ and will become a ‘genuine force for the club once he is properly settled’.
What should Spurs do with NDombele?
Keep him, he's special
Spurs-related page called Daily Hotspur relayed this piece of information on social media. The fans were divided over NDombele’s situation.
How long does a player as expensive as Ndombele need to ‘settle’? He should have stepped up to the plate by now.

Oh course he does. N’Dombele has capacity to be so so special. More special than we can imagine.

One fan even suggested that he’ll be off to Barcelona – a club who have been linked with a move for him by Mundo Deportivo, which hints at him not exactly believing that Mourinho will put his trust in the midfielder. It’s safe to say that the Portuguese boss hasn’t exactly been known to give certain players game time, including Troy Parrott, so you can’t really blame the Tottenham fan for exaggerating and thinking that Mourinho will do the opposite.
That’s him off to Barca for £45m then

Ndombele had joined Spurs from French giants Lyon this past summer for a fee of £53.8 million. Since arriving, the Frenchman has made 27 appearances in all competitions for Spurs. In the Premier League, he has played 19 games and has scored twice, assisting twice too.
After the club’s draw against Burnley recently, Jose Mourinho had criticised Ndombele. The former Manchester United manager had said that Ndombele has to do ‘much better’ and that he ‘cannot keep giving him’ opportunities to play all the time.
This shows that the situation is certainly a delicate one. But the fact that Ndombele has racked up a WhoScored rating of 6.76 in the Premier League shows that he needs to improve. For a player who is the club’s record signing, he needs to get better and prove himself to Mourinho or he could be heading out of the exit door.
