The Everton fans in the Transfer Tavern keep telling us that they need more fire power up front.
Everton lost star striker Romelu Lukaku in the summer as he headed to Manchester United and they have brought in Wayne Rooney, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Sandro Ramirez to compete for the attacking spots.
However, more reinforcements are being lined up and a Premier League striker is now on Everton’s transfer target wishlist.
The Sun are reporting that Everton are keen on signing Josh King from Bournemouth to fire them up the table.
Josh King was a man in demand during the summer transfer window, attracting interest from the likes of Tottenham Hotspur.
The Norway international is rated at about £20m by Bournemouth, who are keen on keeping him.
Everton are also interested in Deportivo La Coruna striker Florin Andone if they miss out on Josh King.
The Toffees have already asked the La Liga club about the Romanian international.
The desire to bring in a new forward means that Oumar Niasse will be offloaded in January, even though he has rediscovered his scoring touch in recent weeks.
The 27-year-old scored in the midweek cup clash with Sunderland before netting a double against Bournemouth at the weekend.
