The Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern have very high hopes for a few of the young players in the Blues’ ranks…
After all, the Blues academy is one of the most successful in England when it comes to winning trophies – and with so much talent knocking on Antonio Conte’s door, it is surely only a matter of time before one of them grabs the brass ring.
One player that is certainly in within a chance of making it at Stamford Bridge is young Izzy Brown, who is currently on loan at Huddersfield Town.
Having spent time at Vitesse and Rotherham United in recent years, Brown has found a decent run of form with the Terriers – and he bettered that over the weekend with another goal for the club.
Scoring for the second time in as many weeks, Brown popped up with the first goal of the game in the 26th minute.

A mightily impressive finish!
At 20-years-old, Brown certainly has time on his side, but with Diego Costa seriously struggling against Burnley – Antonio Conte must surely have seen this goal and wondered what might have been.
If Brown keeps scoring goals like that, he’ll be in the Chelsea first team in no time.
