Watford: Fans are split over new kit announcement
Many Watford fans have taken to Twitter to respond to the new announcement of their away kit.
The club revealed the new navy blue kit via Twitter this morning (July 31), writing “Introducing our all navy blue 2019/20 @adidasuk away kit”, followed by the hashtag of #heretocreate.

As per the club’s website, this is the first time that the club have used a blue away kit since the 2012/2013 season – the season that the Pozzo family took ownership of the club. However, this blue is a bit more dark than the one used seven years ago.
The design of the shirt features a patterned design which is finished off by a white trim, including adidas’ three iconic stripes running down beneath the arm. The top is also accompanied by navy blue shorts and socks.
According to the club website, the shirt is available from Friday in store and on the website.
Memes and opinions flooded in on Twitter in response to the new kit. Many fans said that they were going to buy the kit straight away, while others were a bit less sure of the design. Oh, and of course, there were plenty of fans asking about an update for Ismaila Sarr.

Like the kit, I think the white stripes should of been featured more through the sleeves and shoulders. But my key concern is STILL NO SARR UPDATE!!! we need to get a signing across the line….quick.
