Many Watford fans have reacted on Twitter to a released video of Ben Foster and Quique Sanchez Flores meeting for the first time.
The video shows the two introducing themselves to each other as Flores arrives for his first day at training as the new Watford manager.
Flores was appointed for the second time on Saturday, just 30 minutes after it was announced that Javi Gracia had been sacked from his post at Vicarage Road.
The Hornets are currently bottom of the league after a poor start to life this campaign. They are currently one of only two sides to not win in the league.
Flores previously left the club after the 2015/16 season when Watford finished in an impressive 13th place and reached the FA Cup semi-final.
Since leaving, the 54-year-old took Espanyol to the top eight in La Liga and also managed in China with Shanghai Shenhua.
Watford fans had mixed responses to the conversation between the pair, with some sarcastically hinting at it being ‘awkward’ and others calling Ben Foster a ‘teacher’s pet’ as well as much else.
Here are some of the responses below…
He’s a professional footballer for #watfordfc … what’s there not to be happy about?
