Many Watford fans have responded on Twitter to a throwback of the club beating Chelsea 4-1 while under Javi Gracia.
The club account tweeted a #ThrowbackThursday from February 2018 when Watford managed to beat the then-reigning Premier League champions 4-1 at Vicarage Road.
Watford put in as convincing a performance as you will see at home as they had three times the number of shots that Chelsea had as they thumped them in front of their own fans.
Tiemoue Bakayoko was sent-off in the 30th minute for his second yellow card offence before a penalty from Troy Deeney put Watford ahead before half-time.
Chelsea tied the game in the 82nd thanks to Eden Hazard, before a late flurry of goals from Watford secured the win for the Hornets, with Daryl Janmaat, Gerard Deulofeu and Roberto Pereyra all adding to the scoresheet.
Many Watford fans responded to the tweet, with some calling it “the good old days”.
