The Pozzo family could look to return to a market they have enjoyed success in before as they look to improve Watford in the summer.
According to a report by TeamTALK, The Hornets could be preparing to make a huge double raid in Brazil.
It is understood that Corinthians’ Gustavo and Ituano’s Gabriel Martinelli are both on the Premier League outfit’s radar after being impressed with what the duo can offer.
Gustavo has just returned from a loan spell with Fortaleza and has been starring for Corinthians this season, as the 24-year-old has three goals in his last four starts in their Championship season.
Martinelli is still only 17-years-old, however, he is widely believed to be one of Brazil’s best prospects and with former Middlesbrough legend Juninho Paulista running the club – however, he could command a fee of £10million.
Watford look set to enjoy a rather successful season in the Premier League and will likely look to build on that in the summer transfer market.
The Pozzo family are understood to have a rather large scouting network and already know the Brazilian market well, having had some success with Richarlison in the past.
Should they be able to get the same kind of returns on Gustavo and Martinelli, then it may just be a double raid they need to complete in the summer.
