The West Ham fans in the Transfer Tavern suffered yesterday, after going into the last ten minutes at 1-1 with the aim of spoiling the party for Arsene Wenger in his penultimate Premier League home game for the club, they shipped three goals to lose 4-1. After the defeat, fans took to Twitter to call for David Moyes to be sacked, despite the fact he’s led them to be six-points clear of relegation this season.

The heavy defeat at The Emirates means that West Ham have taken just two points from their last three games, although two of those games have been at the Emirates and Stamford Bridge. The frustration in the London Stadium has been evident for a lot of this season, the Hammers sacked Slaven Bilic late last year with the club in a dangerous situation before they appointed ex-Manchester United and Everton gaffer, Moyes.
Now though, the fans would be happy to see the back of their Scottish tactician. Moyes looks to have guided the club to safety and now our local Irons will want to see a new man come into the club with the aim of taking them up the Premier League table. It’s been a tough season for West Ham, they’ve been stuck in a relegation battle for a number of months, and the fans haven’t taken kindly to the situation they’ve found themselves in.
You can see what our disgruntled Hammers have been saying about Moyes here:

A difficult 20 games or whatever Moyes has had, let alone last 10mins… he has to go at the end of the season no matter what

Sorry but Moyes is not the answer @davidgold. We deserve better. Please do not renew his contract if you truly want the best for our club

I would take relegation if it meant Moyes wasn’t given another contract !
