With the transfer saga of Cesc Fabregas finally set to see its conclusion (to the relief of football fans worldwide), Arsenal will need a new central play maker. With an air of inevitability about the departure of Cesc Fabregas, it would be strange to think Arsene Wenger did not have a quality replacement ready to bring in.
TuttermercatoWeb reports that Jádson’s agent has planned a trip to London this weekend with The Emirates thought to be his likely destination for a meeting with the Arsenal hierarchy and Arsene Wenger himself. Arsenal have the highest number of injuries heading into the new season and the loss of Fabregas means it will be Wenger’s number one priority to recruit a new central creative talent.
Jádson is just that. A Brazilian central attacking midfielder who plies his trade for Ukrainian powerhouses Shakhtar Donetsk who would inject a dose of flair to Arsenal’s already exciting attack. His passing range is decent but his main asset is in the set piece aspect of the game. He takes a near perfect penalty and thumps a fantastic free-kick. In Robin Van Persie Arsenal have a wonderful set piece taker but unfortunately he only averages half the games in a season.
Jádson could well be a quality signing for Arsenal. If the reports are true and Wenger is acting quickly to solve his midfield crisis in this manner, the Brazilian schemer could rejuvenate the smiles in North London very soon.
