West Bromwich Albion have been busy adding a number of players to their side this summer and do not look to have finished with their transfer business as the season approaches.
The Baggies will be preparing for their opening game of the Championship season on Saturday when they meet Bolton Wanderers at The Hawthorns and Darren Moore will be looking for his side to get a positive result.
The manager has been limiting the damaged caused by the players that have already departed and has been active in the transfer market to make the additions needed.
He has already added Sam Johnstone and Jonathan Bond to his goalkeeping ranks, whilst he signed Kyle Bartley from Swansea City and Conor Townsend, who joined from Scunthorpe United to his defence.
And, it appears as he has made another addition to his backline with the club’s official website confirming the deal between West Brom and Manchester City for Tosin Adarabioyo. The 20-year-old will join up with his new side on a season-long loan as he looks to help them get back to the Premier League.
The signing of Adarabioyo is a smart piece of business by West Brom this summer as the defender will immediately improve their defence.
The 20-year-old got some first-team experience with Manchester City in the Champions League, as well as in the League Cup and is highly thought of by Pep Guardiola.
Moore will now have some confidence in his defence ahead of the upcoming season as he has added the trio to replace Jonny Evans, Gareth McAuley and possibly Craig Dawson, who is expected to depart.
