West Bromwich Albion haven’t lost in their last four games in all competitions, so they’ll feel confident that they can really kick on and meet their aims in the current campaign.
The Baggies currently find themselves sitting in fourth position in the Championship, just four points off an automatic promotion place, so they’re still well in the race.
Interestingly, it appears as if Darren Moore is looking to strengthen, as according to the Daily Mail, West Brom hope to Fulham’s Aboubakar Kamara to team up with Moore at the Hawthorns.
Banned Fulham forward Aboubakar Kamara is considering a move to the Hawthorns.
Indeed, the Frenchman got into a bit of an altercation at Fulham’s training ground, as well as being involved in a negative incident with Aleksandr Mitrovic.
Turkish side Yeni Malatyaspor had hoped to secure him on loan this week, but it’s now understood that West Brom have stepped in and hope to convince him to team up with Darren Moore.
Kamara, who is valued at £3.6 million (by Transfermarkt), is yet to really prove himself as a prolific goalscorer since moving to England, so it comes as some surprise that the Baggies are looking to secure his services.
The Frenchman does have previous experience in the Championship, but he drew more cards than goals during his first season at Craven Cottage, which isn’t exactly an attractive stat.
