West Bromwich Albion have been busy lining up recruits this summer as they look to bounce back to the Premier League at the first time of asking.
The Baggies were relegated last season following a poor campaign and have already felt the effects with a number of their key players leaving The Hawthorns, or handing in transfer requests.
Darren Moore is desperate to keep the remaining stars he has at the club to help him achieve promotion back to the top-flight, however, he knows he will need to add reinforcements to limit the blow.
One man that is believed to be on the verge of joining him at The Hawthorns this summer is Swansea City’s Kyle Bartley, however, there has been some concern with how long a deal is taking to be completed.
Just need to get everyone in same room to complete signing. Should be done soon

When answering a question from a fan on Twitter, Express and Star journalist Matt Wilson revealed that there is not anything to worry about and it should be completed soon.
He stated that it was a case of “getting everyone in the same room to complete the signing”.
A deal looks extremely likely to be concluded between Bartley and West Brom and it looks as though there is nothing to worry about.
Considering the defender is set to join for what is believed to be a bargain fee, it is no wonder why there is a sense of desperation to get the transfer completed, as the 27-year-old would certainly help to improve the Baggies’ defence.
