Leeds fans on Twitter yesterday were left wanting more from Jack Harrison. The tricky winger who’s on-loan from Manchester City started against Ipswich yesterday but was subbed just after the hour mark for Tom Pearce, and the fans were frustrated with Harrison’s performance.
Final Leeds sub: Harrison off, Pearce on. Some flashes from Harrison but a little too quiet again. 59th minute. #lufc

The young winger looked like he was going to be a big player for The Whites after he stepped up with a huge equaliser away at Millwall back in September. However, since he suffered an injury setback he hasn’t been the same man. Last night he again lacked an end product and looked flat out wide for The Whites, despite the fact they were up against bottom of the table Ipswich Town.
Leeds have got games some tough games coming up against the likes of Nottingham Forest, Wigan Athletic and West Brom and if they want to get nine points from those three tough fixtures then they’ll need everyone to be on form, including Jack Harrison. If he can turn his form around in the coming weeks then he’ll be a real boost for the Elland Road faithful, and a timely one at that mate.
You can read The Whites’ verdict on Harrison here:
Have to agree with the majority here. Harrison does not have enough impact in games and definitely expected more of him when he signed. Think we all did

What does Harrison bring to the team he’s been poor injury or not far from good enough

He’s being awful phil

Harrison is better as an impact player. Better bringing him on in the last 20 to run at defenders.

Luxury player not enough end product

Been disappointed with Harrison this season. Alioski gets a lot of stick but at least he gets involved. Can’t say the same about Harrison

Both Siaz and Harrison flatter to deceive.

The Whites will be hoping Harrison improves drastically in the coming weeks and will expect more from him if they want to continue their title charge.
