West Brom confirm the arrival of Graeme Jones

West Bromwich Albion have been busy making sure they are in a position to challenge for a place back in the Premier League next season.

The Baggies have been working hard to rebuild their squad following their relegation to the Championship and have been fairly successful in limiting the damage to the side.

Darren Moore has already made a number of additions to replace the players that have already left The Hawthorns this summer, although it is thought that he will remain in the transfer market for a few more additions.

However, the club may have made the biggest and most important recruit they could this summer, with one man being confirmed to have joined the Baggies.

The club’s official website has released an official announcement stating that Graeme Jones has joined the club as Moore’s Assistant Head Coach.

He joins the Baggies having enjoyed a successful time with the Belgium squad as they finished in third place in this summer’s World Cup tournament.

The Verdict:

The Baggies will be delighted to bring a man of Jones’ ability and expertise to the Hawthorns this summer.

The experienced coach will be beneficial for the side as they look to get back into the Premier League at the first time of asking.

Jones has spent time in the top-flight whilst working with Roberto Martinez, with time being spent at Everton, Swansea City and Wigan Athletic.
