West Ham could launch move for PL flop, Bilic is a big fan

The West Ham fans in the Transfer Tavern are hoping to have a more productive summer this year…

The Hammers have struggled this season after what can only be described as a disappointing summer last year – with Slaven Bilic seemingly unable to secure the quality depth that he required.

Indeed, they have suffered was a result – with an early Europa League exit and poor Premier League form becoming the story of the season so far.

However, it appears as though the Croatian boss is keen to avoid a similar fate next year – with the Daily Star reporting that he has already identified a potential summer signing; Gerard Deulofeu.

Of course, he is currently on-loan at AC Milan having disappointed at Everton, but the Daily Star are noting that Bilic is a fan of his versatility – and so a move could be made this summer.

Deulofeu has played fairly well in Italy, having made 8 starts. He has scored 1 goal and earned 3 assists. His general play has been far better than that which was on display in the Premier League towards the end of his time at Everton, too.

This deal has certainly divided the fans in the Transfer Tavern, so our landlord has decided to open up the debate to you: Should West Ham launch a move for Deulofeu?
