West Ham United fans in the Transfer Tavern will be eager to see who their club can add to their ranks during the summer transfer window, although they could become concerned with the interest circulating around one of their youth players.
According to reports in the Mirror, the Hammers starlet Domingos Quina has been attracting plenty of interest due to the quality of his performances for the developmental side. The 18-year-old has one year left on his current deal and could decide to move abroad as he looks to find a league which suits his style of play.
The skilful, technical midfielder is rumoured to be wanted by Ajax and AC Milan, whilst Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool have been keen in the past. West Ham are yet to decide on whether they will offer the youngster a new deal or if they should sell him and raise the funds to rebuild their senior side.
Quina – who is yet to feature in the Premier League – has already made a handful of appearances for the Hammers at a competitive level in the Europa League, League Cup and FA Cup.
The Hammers fans in the Tavern will have been expecting great things from the midfielder in the future, but some of the locals may be happy for the club to sell Quina as they look to build for the immediate future.
