Many West Ham United fans have been talking about the latest tweet from transfer target Alex Kral.
Back in November, journalist Artur Petrosyan had reported about West Ham’s interest in signing Kral. He had reported that the Hammers ‘are in’ for the Czech midfielder, who was Tomas Soucek’s central midfield partner at Slavia Prague and in the Czech national team. The Athletic’s Roshane Thomas had also linked Kral with a move to the London Stadium-based outfit.
Is this a hint that Kral wants to join West Ham?
Recently, Soucek relayed a tweet on social media of a salad named after himself in the club’s canteen, and Kral responded to this tweet using laughing emojis. This comes after Soucek himself admitted he has advised the Hammers on their interest in Kral.
Kral is still only 22 currently and has been a regular for his club Spartak Moscow this season. He has played 20 games in all competitions and has picked up three assists in the league so far (as per Transfermarkt).
At Slavia Prague, the Czech midfielder had made 30 appearances in all competitions. He managed to score one goal while also picking up three assists for Soucek’s former club (as per Transfermarkt).
The 22-year-old’s tweet in response to Soucek’s post drew the attention of many West Ham fans, who made their opinion clear about him.
What did West Ham fans make of Alex Kral’s tweet?
“Come to West Ham! You can have all the potato salad you want with Soucek and Coufal.”
“JOIN HIM HERE KRALL.”
“Come and play for Moyes’ tricky hammers mate.”
“We want you!”
“Agent Souček do your magic.”
“Get yourself over here lad.”
