West Ham fans take to Twitter to lambaste woeful Everton display

In the Premier League, you’d like to think that performances like West Ham’s from yesterday just wouldn’t be a thing. However, the Hammers reached a new low yesterday as everything went wrong for the home side in their clash with Everton at the London Stadium, and boy are the fans letting their club know about it.

After posting some post-match comments from Manuel Pellegrini on Twitter after the game, it became apparent that the fans weren’t having it, and they even found a way to dispute their gaffer’s claims that they were second best, believing that they weren’t even good enough to claim that. In truth, it’s hard to argue with them too as anyone who tuned in to watch the 17:30 kick off were treated to a shocker.

However, if West Ham don’t improve on their performance over the next couple of weeks as they face Chelsea, Manchester United and Spurs all away from home then their goal difference could be set to take a real hit.

You can read the Hammers’ reaction to their club’s post here:

The Irons will be desperate for some sort of improvement quickly, as going to Stamford Bridge, Old Trafford and the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and playing like that will be disastrous.
