West Ham fans cannot get enough of their star summer signing Felipe Anderson. The Brazilian’s only issue before he swapped Rome for London when he moved from Lazio in the summer was consistency. However, he’s been incredible this season so far and has now been called up as one of eight Premier League players in the Brazil squad.

Anderson is now set to become the first Brazilian to star in the national team whilst donning the West Ham shirt at club level, and the fans are all excited to see him shine in the famous yellow shirts of Brazil. There won’t be many unfamiliar faces for Anderson either as he’ll be joined by Ederson, Alisson, Danilo, Fabinho, Richarlison, Gabriel Jesus and Roberto Firmino from England’s top flight.
If this season continues and finishes the way that it’s started for the 25-year-old then there’s no reason why he can’t make that spot in the Brazilian squad his own. His tally of eight goals and three assists in 28 games for the Hammers this season is incredible for a player who starts out wide and is rarely given a starting berth through the middle, yet he continues to impress and will likely keep banging in the goals.
