West Ham United are thought to be interested in one of the Jupiler Pro League’s promising attackers.
The Brazilian has been in prolific form for the Belgian outfit, having scored seven goals and provided a further six assists in the top-flight.
West Ham are said to have competition from other Premier League sides, with the likes of Cardiff City and Newcastle United.
However, it is understood that an offer had been lodged by the Bluebirds for the 22-year-old but that was rejected by the Belgian outfit.
Moraes is an extremely promising attacking talent and has been performing well for Club Brugge this season.
The 22-year-old already has a number of potential suitors, however, with the Belgians unwilling to sell him in January, a deal could be difficult for the Hammers to complete in the winter.
With that in mind, West Ham might be better off looking at other options if they were to want to add firepower to their ranks before the month is out.
