West Ham United have certainly improved under Manuel Pellegrini in recent times, but they’re still a long way off where they want to be in the Premier League.
The Hammers suffered four successive defeats to kick off their Premier League campaign, however, they’ve managed to turn things around and are now in a much promising position. Although, it appears as if the club are eyeing a potential addition, as according to O Jogo, West Ham United are lining up a move for FC Porto’s Yacine Brahimi.
Interestingly, the Algerian international is available for free in the summer.
And, it’s thought that Everton, West Ham and Newcastle are interested in making a move for the midfielder.
Yacine Brahimi has been one of the standout performers for Porto since he joined from Spanish side Granada back in 2014 and has plenty of European experience under his belt.
With his contract running out at the end of the season, he will soon be able to negotiate with other clubs, so a move to the Premier League could be on the cards.
The exciting attacker has the ability to unlock almost any defence and can provide goals and assists on a consistent basis, which would certainly benefit West Ham United’s push for a European spot.
Indeed, the Algerian international has already shown his class on the international stage and in Europe, so the Hammers would be getting themselves another Anderson-esque player.
