The West Ham fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are excited about this one…
West Ham have not enjoyed the best start to the 2016/17 season, but the Hammers in the Football Transfer Tavern might finally have something to celebrate…
According to the Sun, Slaven Bilic’s men are leading the race for 17-year-old starlet Naza Bazan Vera.
The Argentine forward is currently playing for Velez Sarsfield, where he is playing for their under-20 side.
The Sun are reporting that whilst Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal have been keen on the attacker for some time, it is West Ham that are leading the race for the in-demand starlet, and Bilic is seemingly keen on getting a deal done.
Not much is known about the youngster, other than that he is a dynamic, technical forward with bags of pace – and he has drawn comparisons in the Tavern with Juventus star Paulo Dybala. West Ham have been focusing on signing young, upcoming talent as of late – and history suggests that Vera will likely be a stellar signing.
The West Ham fans in the Football Transfer Tavern think that if he can be half as good as Argentine compatriot Manuel Lanzini, or ex-striker Carlos Tevez – then he’ll be a star at the London Stadium.
West Ham fans – thoughts?
