West Ham United: Fans fume at link with January move for Sheffield United midfielder

Fans of West Ham United have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relayed claims that the club are interested in signing Sheffield United midfielder John Lundstram in the January transfer window.
According to ExWHUemployee (via Hammers News), David Moyes is ‘keen’ on signing the £7.2 million-rated midfielder in January, for whom Sheffield United are reportedly open to offers after the club failed to make a breakthrough in contract talks with the 26-year-old, whose current deal expires at Bramall Lane at the end of the season.
However, after West Ham News relayed this information on Twitter, fans of West Ham were left outraged by the suggestion their club could make a move for Lundstram, with some labelling the midfielder a one-season wonder, while others simply stated their dismay at the idea of signing the 26-year-old.
