The West Ham fans in the Transfer Tavern are glued to their phones as news has broke out that their club may sign Carlos Bacca.
David Sullivan Jnr may have hinted that West Ham are looking at the Colombian, even after securing a £20 million deal for Ayew.
Sullivan Jnr, the son of the West Ham chairman, took to twitter to tease the West Ham fans.
Sullivan Jnr tweeted: “Now bacca to the drawing board to decide who we sign next”.
It is important to note that the views of Sullivan Jnr are his own and not representative of what West Ham. However, the tweet has caused intrigue on whether the former Sevilla man will move to the London club.
West Ham were linked with Bacca early in the summer window however the rumour died down since they were linked with Ayew. But it seems some rumours will always keep coming up.
The likelihood of a transfer happening will be slim considering the amount of money invested in Ayew. But some West Ham fans in the Tavern will still be hoping that this is more than a rumour!
West Ham fans… Is Bacca coming to West Ham? Or is David Sullivan Jnr teasing the fans?
