The West Ham United fans are gathered around the jukebox this evening in The Transfer Tavern, and are discussing comments made by their manager with regards to Saturday’s sending off.
The Evening Standard is reporting that Slaven Bilic is getting fed up with appealing red cards after a fourth debatable dismissal for one of his players this season.
The sending off cost Champions League chasing West Ham the three points after conceding a late equaliser is a 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace at the Boleyn Ground on Saturday.
Speaking about whether he will appeal the red card recieved by Cheikhou Kouyate, Bilic said “Will we appeal? I am fed up with appealing.
“But make no mistake, I am very disappointed.
“This is the fourth time this has happened. But we will go on fighting until the end of the season.
As for the West Ham fans in The Tavern they are fed up with the indiscipline from the players this season, as they feel it has cost them points in their quest for Champions League football.
West Ham fan James Jones is enjoying a cold pint in the corner of the Tavern, and has to agree with the majority of the West Ham punters, and feel the players need to be more disciplined on a match day!
