West Ham United have struggled to ensure consistency in recent times, with only one win to their name in their last four Premier League games.
The Hammers have certainly come on leaps and bounds under the guidance of Manuel Pellegrini, but there’re a number of problems that need to addressed.
It appears as if the London club are eyeing an ambitious swoop this month, as according to Sport (via Hammers News), West Ham are pondering a bargain move for Denis Suarez.
West Ham are among the teams weighing up a move for Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez.
It’s understood that West Ham, Watford and Everton have all enquired about the midfielder.
Arsenal have been long-term admirers and AC Milan also want Suarez but are chasing a loan deal, while Barcelona are holding out for a permanent move.
The Hammers are in desperate need of a central midfielder, as the likes of Mark Noble, Pedro Obiang and Carlos Sanchez have all been below par.
Denis Suarez, who is valued at £10.8 million (by Transfermarkt), is a very talented player but he just hasn’t been able to work his way into Ernesto Valverde’s plans in the current campaign, so the Hammers may be able to lure him to the London Stadium.
This would be a very ambitious move for West Ham to make as the likes of Arsenal and AC Milan can offer European football, but it could bring them success and he could really excel in the Premier League.
