The West Ham manager will be keen to see how the youngster copes with the pressure of regular first team football in the Championship, as he looks towards his future plans for the youngster starting with next season.
Oxford is highly rated and did his reputation no harm during a game at the beginning of the season at Arsenal, where he marked Mesut Ozil completely out of the game.
