West Ham United will be desperate to climb up the table and secure a European spot after spending a lot of money during the summer transfer window,
The Hammers suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday in what was a rather disappointing performance at the London Stadium. Although, it appears as if they’re eyeing a potential addition, as according to The Sunday Mirror (print edition, page 67, October 21, 2018) (via HITC), West Ham United are interested in Aston Villa-owned Mitchell Clark.
It has been reported that Premier League sides Newcastle United and West Ham United are watching Clark, who joined League Two outfit Port Vale on loan from Championship side Villa in the summer transfer window.
Indeed, the defender has plenty of talent and potential, so it comes as no surprise that Premier League clubs are looking to lure him away from Villa Park.
Mitchell Clark has plenty of potential and will definitely be one for the future, so the Hammers will be looking to act fast by bringing him to the London Stadium.
And, if the youngster ends up making the move to the English capital and continues to impress out on loan at Port Vale, perhaps he could be included in the first team in the future.Like what the TT have on offer? Sign up for more notifications!
