The Hammers can pride themselves in the fortunate position of having a manager and supporters in the Football Transfer Tavern will be satisfied that they are in the lucky position to have someone in charge.

Some of the club's Premier League competitors don't even have a boss yet, let alone any potential summer additions; the only problem they have to rise over is adapting to life at the London Stadium.

West Ham United enter their second campaign in their controversial new home ground and a bitterly disappointing initial twelve months in Stratford will be aimed to put right in the coming weeks and months.

Our Hammers-mad punters think the squad has a more superior issue to overcome, and that is deciding who remains at the club this summer and whom is saying goodbye to their West Ham career.

So with that in mind, these THREE outcasts need to be either axed or loaned out immediately....

Ashley Fletcher

Ashley Fletcher is one year into his West Ham United career and it's fair to say it hasn't all gone to plan; the 21-year-old has struggled to make a dominant impact on the first-team with his insignificant four goals in all competitions.

The landlord is suggesting a loan stint away from east London could do the striker the world of good to come back stronger and a better finisher in 2018, highlighting a deal to the Championship should be his preferred destination.

This especially applies considering the Hammers are seemingly in the market for a marquee arrival to their front line which would damage Fletcher's chances if he remained in the capital.

Enner Valencia

The Ecuador international has apparently become surplus to requirements at West Ham and the Football Transfer Tavern rate this as one of the most likely moves this summer.

Enner Valencia spent the 2016/17 season on loan at fellow top-flight outfit Everton, swiftly achieving a regular starting place at Goodison Park and would seem to be one of the favourites amongst Toffees fans.

The attacker doesn't look to fit in at the London Stadium and would only be an outcast at the Hammers if he continued his career there, a permanent departure needs to be arranged as soon as possible.

Adrian

Adrian is no longer first-choice goalkeeper for the Hammers which has angrily frustrated our West Ham fans in the Football Transfer Tavern, being replaced by Irishman Darren Randolph.

It is apparent as to why that change was made by Slaven Bilic as the club were looming at the possibility of relegation and as soon as he made the switch, the team steadily rose up the table.

The Spaniard needs to leave West Ham for the good of his career and we think a number of clubs from his country's La Liga would happily welcome the shot-stopper in their sides, but this deal has to be wrapped up immediately for Bilic to find a replacement.

West Ham supporters, which of these could still remain a key asset for next season? Would axing these three be the correct decision? Tell us your thoughts in the comment section below!
