It’s fair to say that West Ham have well and truly turned around their fortunes in recent games, as they hope to keep climbing up the table.
Their recent performances have suggested Manuel Pellegrini’s attacking style of football is starting to completely come to fruition, which is a joy to see for fans.
However, the January transfer window is fast approaching and West Ham will want to sign some more players if possible, to replace the growing list of injured players.
With that in mind, Porto’s Oliver Torres looks to be a brilliant option for West Ham.
Torres, who is valued at £10.8 million on Transfermarkt, is a box-to-box midfielder that could be an exciting addition at the London Stadium.
Having joined the Portuguese giants permanently from Atletico Madrid last year, Torres has gone from strength to strength, showing off his true capabilities.
In 14 appearances this season, he has already managed four assists, just one away from the five he accumulated last season.
His quality allows him to get forward and support his team’s attackers, whilst he is also adequate when performing his defensive duties.
Alongside the likes of Declan Rice and Mark Noble, West Ham could have the perfect balance between sternness, creativity and passion.
The Hammers are a few quality additions away from reaching the top ten in the Premier League, a goal they strive to achieve come the end of the season.
Oliver Torres could make all the difference and hence why West Ham must move to sign him.
