The youngster’s main attributes are his positioning and reading of the game, and at 20, he already possesses the game intelligence of a far more experienced player.
The Chelsea talent has struggled to get enough game time under Maurizio Sarri this season, which is why the Hammers should look to sign him on loan in January.
He is exactly the type of player who could flourish under the guidance of Manuel Pellegrini if given the opportunity to showcase his talents at the London Stadium.
And, after witnessing his performances at Crystal Palace last season it’s fair to say that he could definitely take West Ham United to the next level.
