West Ham: Fans discuss possible starting XI vs Tottenham

Now that the international break is (thankfully) over with until next year, we can all start to look forward to the return of the Premier League.
Should Manuel Pellegrini be sacked?
Yes

No

Excitement for domestic action return is often marred with anxiety and nervousness if you are a fan of a team sitting dangerously close to the relegation zone, however, just like West Ham currently are.
The Hammers lie 16th in the top-flight after 12 games and could be dragged closer to the bottom-three with a defeat against London rivals Tottenham in Saturday’s early kick-off. A win, however, would see them bridge the gap between themselves and the rest of the division’s strugglers, so there really is all to play for.
West Ham fans have not witnessed their side win a match since the end of September – when they beat Manchester United 2-0 at the London Stadium – so unsurprisingly carry little optimism into this weekend’s clash against Tottenham.
However, the east London club do have every chance of obtaining a vital win with a solid performance against a Spurs side who themselves have looked extremely shaky this term. Everything needs to be perfect from West Ham’s end, though, starting with the team selection, which has been the topic of debate among supporters on Twitter…
Noble, Wilshere, Rice will get over run every time. Out of options in my head. How we didn’t buy a CM (for the 4th window running) is shocking.

Saw Martin in goal and just accepted the rest of the team no matter what. Roberto cannot be played Saturday… if he does it will be a disaster.

Yarmolenko out wide snodgrass instead of Wilshere I think

Exactly what I would’ve done. Leaving Antonio on bench is properly the safer option, as hard that is to say….

@james299222 drop Wilshere/noble. Anderson up top with Haller, cresswell LB & masuaku LW

The formation has not worked for weeks. Hopefully that changes before the team line up does…

Like that team, just need the formation to b right now and Rice not to b left isolated and overrun ! I worry Pellegrini is too stubborn to change tho !
